Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc or Diploma in Agriculture.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to organize and facilitate several agro based training and workshop,
∎ Establish agriculture demonstration firm, farmers field workers,
∎ Develop resources farmers, seed bank, technical support to farmers, effective network and coordination with sever agriculture stakeholders etc. as per requirement of the project.
∎ In charge of properly and effectively implement the training and providing necessary directions to Field Workers under the project.
∎ Have adequate knowledge on the agricultural sector of Bangladesh, homestead farming, integrated farming, organic farming etc.
∎ Responsible for involve monitoring of project plans, supervision and monitoring of activities perform by other staffs, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
∎ Need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have good verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have the knowledge of handling / operating of agro. based machineries like, tractor, rice cutter machine, agricultural harvesting machine also should be capable for handling the operators & drivers.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Intelligent, Dynamic, Excellent proficiency in writing skills, interpersonal communications, verbal deftness in both English & Bangla.
