Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Field Facilitator-Economic Empowerment from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Girls Get Equal: An integrated approach to end Child, Early and Forced Marriage" for 5 years with possibility of further extension.
∎ Job Location: Any Union of Barguna Sadar Upazila
∎ Report to: Technical Officer-YEE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Target beneficiary selection and group formation.
∎ Conduction of base line and end line survey.
∎ Facilitate Family Development Plan to identify appropriate self/wage employment opportunity.
∎ Facilitate Business Development Plan for beneficiaries
∎ Conduct group meeting and facilitate learning sessions.
∎ Organize and facilitate training for beneficiaries
∎ Ensure financial inclusion of beneficiaries
∎ Visit household in regular basis.
∎ Ensure quality of productive asset purchased by beneficiaries
∎ Establish and maintain functional and effective linkage with related LGIs, Market Actors and union level other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure risk assessment and management plan for safeguarding children and young people and its application in all activities under YEE component.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 Years relevant working experience in food security & livelihoods related project. Experience in vocational education and apprenticeship programs are preferred.

Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 16187 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
