Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Field Facilitator- Science Technology English & Mathematic-STEM from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing Sponsorship Program" in Barguna and Bhola Sadar Upazila for 12 months with possibility of further extension.
∎ Report to: Technical Officer- STEM
∎ Vacancy: 1 Barguna Sadar and 1 Bhola Sadar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation of the project interventions in the assigned working area in a
∎ qualitative and timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly activity plan.
∎ Reporting and documentation as required.
∎ Identify beneficiaries and compile data for documentation.
∎ Delivers and support to some set activities to ensure formal education (Primary & Secondary
∎ School Level) in an alternate modality (non-formal) for Sponsored children at Union level.
∎ Engage in children survey and social/school audit at their respective Union for ensuring the
∎ benefits/rights of all children and young people (especially for girls &sponsored children of
∎ donor organization with educational interventions.
∎ Monitor/supervise program interventions i.e. learning centers at community level following
∎ alternate learning model.
∎ Works with local government structure (at Union level) and key community groups for building
∎ their capacity and resource mobilization.
∎ Ensures gender, children and youth safeguarding policy compliances in implementing program
∎ interventions.
∎ Recruit & Train/retrain Youth Volunteers/Caregivers for implementing quality program
∎ interventions.
∎ Organize & conduct meeting, orientation, workshop, and training at union level.
∎ To build strong relationship with community people, civil society, GoB officials and institution.
∎ Any other task will be accomplished assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 02 years relevant working experiences in education & child protection & livelihood
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 16,350 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
