Job Context:
∎ The Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs (CCP) is hiring Field Facilitators for a short-term UNICEF-funded project in Cox`s Bazar. This development project is being implemented in collaboration with UN and local NGOs. The Field Facilitators will work in CXB and have overall responsibility for the project`s training programs.
∎ The Field Facilitators is mainly responsible to Regular visits in the field in the host community and camp, coordinate field activity, develop work plan and assist in the training session, write field reports, Conduct/organize outreach events for different types of audiences.
∎ Bangladeshi citizen.
∎ Competent in Microsoft Office. Other software skills preferred.
∎ Language Skills: Excellent in written and oral skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Employee group (Full time/Part-time/Limited/Temporary): Temporary
∎ Schedule (hours/days): 5 Days in a week starting from Sunday through Thursday
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar, Chattogram, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular visits in the field in the host community and camp
∎ Develop workplan and coordinate the filed activities
∎ Conduct/organize outreach events for different types of audiences
∎ Assist trainer in conducting the trainings
∎ Write field reports about the field activities
∎ Attend relevant project workshops, meetings, sessions, etc. as required
∎ Work with CD and other relevant personnel

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of working experience as a facilitator/coordinator or related role in the host community and camp
∎ Strong written and spoken communication in Bangla and English
∎ Knowledge of Burmese and Chittagongian language / dialects preferred
∎ Prior work experience at CXB camp will be preferred
∎ Master's degree in any discipline and 3 years of experience as a facilitator. Strong written and spoken communication in Bangla and English
