∎ Carry forward Climate Change Adaptation and Innovation Piloting activities at field level, experience in Cash for work (CFW) modality through Mobile Money Transfer (MMT) will be prioritized.
∎ Good community mobilizing, consultation and session facilitation skills
∎ Coordination and maintain liaison with communities, civil society groups and local stakeholders
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/ management
∎ Experience in implementing, designing and guiding the implementation of the project activities in the rural areas;
∎ Innovative, dynamic, hardworking and have good interpersonal relationship and ability to work in a team;
∎ Willing to work in pressure situation and interested to implement project at the remote areas of Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Will be responsible for the implementation of all union level activities Upazila / Union and will at as the focal point at Union level.
∎ S/he will be responsible for implementing all activities, Climatic Change adaption and innovation Piloting, Community led Agriculture and WASH activities implementation, FPP/CPP volunteers' selection and capacity building; Community Mobilization; Mobilizing Contingency Fund as per Donor Requirement, conduct CVCA/CAP, Unionn level coordination.
∎ This position will submit report inputs to the Sr. Officer- Preparedness, Capacity Building and Innovation.
∎ The Field Facilitators will report to the Sr. Officer- Preparedness, Capacity Building and Innovation.
∎ Design the Plan for conducting in-depth safety assessment of the project area to identify vulnerability and needs.
∎ Ensure that the designs include the considerations to ensure accessibility of the children/ persons with disabilities.
∎ Maintain weekly and monthly implementation plan.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison/coordination with the Government & UP officials.
∎ Implement the activities as per Detail Activity Plan (DIP).
∎ Work closely with Union Parishad for implementation of the small-scale mitigation activities as per plan and design.
∎ Organize training sessions for stakeholders to ensure achieve project objectives.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly progress report of the activities and submit to the Supervisor on time.

∎ Purpose of the post:
∎ JAGO NARI has planned to strengthen DRR interventions to promote disaster ready inclusive preparedness towards adaptation in the 04 unions of Rangabali and Kalapara Upazilla in partnership with CARE Bangladesh. The project will support for reducing disaster risk communicating effectively with the public engaging with communities, local partners, and other stakeholders to help prepare and protect individuals, families, and communities. The Field Facilitator is responsible for effective management and efficient delivery of the PRODRIPTA project under direct supervision of Sr. Officer- Preparedness, Capacity Building and Innovation.
