Educational Requirements:
∎ The successful candidate must have Bachelor's /Master's degree in English from a recognized university.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skills.
∎ A good level of computer literacy.
∎ Creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have expert knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum and the subject area.
∎ To plan, prepare and execute effective lesson plans and relevant learning methods for the assigned subjects.
∎ To conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times.
∎ To implement the designated curriculum completely and in due time.
∎ Assessing, monitoring, recording and reporting on the work of students.
∎ Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
∎ Collaborating with parents and other staff towards achieving the best interest of the students.
∎ Engaging in developing the school curriculum.
∎ It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.
∎ To comply with policies, standards, rules, regulations and procedures of the school ensuring that the department achieves the highest standards.
∎ The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience from English medium school will be prioritized.
