∎ Minimum 2 to 5 Years relevant experience in internal audit in Banks/NBFIs.
∎ Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication skills, Analytical ability.
∎ Functional Competencies: Regulatory & compliance knowledge, Risk management, Audit report writing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Risk assessment.
∎ Audit planning and programming.
∎ Process review and reengineering.
∎ Review of policies, PPGs and determining the adequacy and effectiveness.
∎ Follow-up of observations & responses, compliance issues.
∎ Conducting branch and divisional audit AML CFT audit, ISMS audit etc.
∎ Client visit/Surprise audit/Review of lease-loan file.
∎ Imparting training on compliance/operational issues.
∎ Conducting audit on operational and financial statements of capital market
∎ intermediaries.
∎ Accuracy of disclosure of financial information in compliance with laws and
∎ regulations.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Risk assessment.
