∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain graphic and print design for Men's, Women's and Kid's fashion.
∎ Create visual concepts of graphic and print/embroidery artwork by hand or translate into using computer software as per given concept direction by fashion designer.
∎ Responsible to illustrate concepts by designing artwork, all-over prints, position prints and embroidery design.
∎ Day to day follow up with print and embroidery unit to meet the deadlines.
∎ Making trendy and fashionable artworks.
∎ Assist designer, senior designer or management allocation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Create seasonal trend and concept boards, ensuring that there's a pipeline of new products for our customer.
∎ Design original placement graphics and AOP prints for all product categories.
∎ Demonstrate good understanding on the di_erent 'handwriting' requirements between retail customers and markets.
∎ Work closely with Advisor to design their respective category based on design direction given.
∎ Create artwork with callouts (i.e., detailed specs, technique, color swatches, product detail placement, etc.)
∎ Maintain aesthetic and design that is on brand throughout all design work.
∎ Research seasonal fashion trend direction, assortment opportunities, current market trends in garment decoration processes for art locations & techniques and adopts new art/technique concepts accordingly into technical skillset.
∎ Work closely with Product Design and Design teams to produce trend-driven/updated artworks within specified deadlines.
∎ Develop complete coordination with the design team, including detailed specifications.
∎ Ensure technical execution to include with drawings, including measurements, color pantones, and design detail specifications of all illustrative art
∎ Ensure sizing, formatting art files and sending to factories for development
∎ Responsible for tracking changes/additions, and clear timely communication with cross-function partners across merchandise managers, technical design team.
∎ Maintain thorough knowledge of current and past assortment, including decoration techniques, silhouettes, yarns/fabrics, and design details.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid knowledge and experience in repeats, print separations and all print major techniques is required
∎ Knowledge of the apparel retail industry, marketing principles, and product development process
∎ Must have experience with mood boards, drawing/sketching, ideation, digital product creation and visual presentation development
∎ Should have outstanding visual design skills in typography, composition, illustration, branding, and layout
∎ Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
∎ Fascination and familiarity with current trends, culture, and design in fashion
∎ Must be up to date with trendy verbiage and prints
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize work on a continual basis
∎ Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and hard work ethic
∎ Strong software abilities on Adobe CSCC Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design as well as Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-presented, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
