∎ LUBNAN Trade Consortium Limited is a Leading Fashion and Lifestyle Brand Products retailer in Bangladesh with the Brands of Infinity, Infinity Mega Mall, Richman, Lubnan and Oxygen fashions. The Company is urgently looking for Fashion Designer for Women`s Wear.
∎ Job Grade for this position will be from Assistant Manager to Manager and it will be determined and offered on the basis of experience and competency of the candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create design for women's wear proficiently.
∎ Identify key trends, colors, fabrics, textures, patterns and select prints etc.
∎ Be ahead of trends in fabric, style and choice.
∎ Produce unique and attractive concepts.
∎ Making sketches by hand and on computers.
∎ Developing patterns.
∎ Analyzing trends in fabrics, colours and shapes.
∎ Selecting and buying fabrics and trims.
∎ Adapting existing designs for mass production.
∎ Theme preparer of the company.
∎ Design making according to theme.
∎ Developing sample.
∎ Preparing sample for production.
∎ Checking production.
∎ Solving problems in production.
∎ Quality control.
∎ Be able to meet deadlines and work timeline within a budget framework.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in Product Development.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
