Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating and hosting a regular live or short video of Products, offers, Customer reviews and selling company products on live broadcasting.
∎ Able to interact with the audience (talk in front of the screen) and passion for selling.
∎ Strategies and execute new product launches on live broadcasting.
∎ Responsible for driving the business growth and Building company image with a good reputation.
∎ Calls potential customers, encourages them to buy products and lets them know the promotional offer running.
∎ Answer incoming calls/Messages from prospective customers and Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
∎ Gathering data on sales leads for further marketing analysis will play a major role in getting sales from online & offline channels and enhancing our brand awareness.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ও লেভেল/এ লেভেল/এইচএসসি/স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর। (শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ব্যাপার না৷ তবে প্রার্থীকে গুছিয়ে কথা বলা জানতে হবে৷)
∎ ফেসবুক লাইভে এসে মেয়েদের পোশাক বিক্রি করতে হবে। কমেন্টের উত্তর দিতে হবে। ইনবক্সে আসা মেসেজের উত্তর দিতে হবে। ইনকামিং কল রিসিভ করতে হবে। পোশাক সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য জানাতে হবে এবং পোশাকের অর্ডার নিতে হবে। স্মার্ট হতে হবে। ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে। তাছাড়া টেলিমার্কেটিং সংক্রান্ত কাজে দক্ষতা থাকলে ভালো। অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন নারী প্রার্থী ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ইন্ফুলেন্সারদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। বিশেষ করে ফেসবুকে লাইভ প্রেজেন্টার হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে ভালো না থাকলে সমস্য নেই। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে অধ্যয়নরত ও নতুনরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন জানা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ প্রার্থী ঢাকার মিরপুর শেওড়াপাড়া কিংবা এর আশে পাশের এলাকার হলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে যেমন (শেওড়াপাড়া, তালতলা, আগারগাঁও, কাজীপাড়া, ৬০ ফিট, মিরপুর ১০ ইত্যাদি।) এইসব এলাকার প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
