Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in recording daily cash & bank transactions in accounting software/Excel.
Support in preparing voucher entries (Journal, Payment, Receipt, Contra).
Help in preparing payment requisition sheets.
Assist in tracking pending vendor payments.
File & organize supplier invoices properly.
Assist in preparing customer outstanding reports.
Follow up with sales team for collection updates.
Collect and organize bank statements & deposit slips.
Prepare cheque requisition forms for payments.
Assist in preparing daily sales & collection reports.
Organize supporting documents for internal/external audit.
