Our company is a 100% export-oriented company. So, we are currently seeking an experienced “Export Officer`` to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Export processes, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Export documentation requirements. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain accurate records of Export and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations for easy retrieval and auditing. 

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, monitor supplier performance, and address issues.       

• Oversee the preparation and processing of Export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.        

• Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation, shipping, and delivery, monitoring progress and resolving issues.      

• Provide comprehensive support to Exporters, including market research, buyer identification, and Export strategy development.

• Demonstrate previous experience in managing the entire Export process from start to finish, including order processing, documentation.        

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities ensuring prompt response to inquiries and meeting their needs.         

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
