Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing product recipe and registration documents for submission to Drug Administration Authorities.
Initiating the initial feasibility study followed by Preformulation study
Developing formulation of new products and reviewing formulation of existing products based on quality related problems or cost saving need.
Undertaking production of Lab batch, Stability batch, Optimization batch and validation batch of new products.
Performing process validation activities.
Preparing and updating documents like BMR, BPR, formulations and other relevant documents for Product master file compilation.
Preparing SOP's for product development equipment and activities.
