∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare, handle, and follow up on the LC, TT, and all import-related documents, coordinate with C&F Agents, Banks, BGMEA, and Custom House—freight Forwarders, Transport agents for the execution of Import purposes, etc.
∎ To ensure PI terms and conditions for back-to-back LC & Checking LC clauses with the supplier
∎ Understanding of LC and its terms and conditions.
∎ HS Code checking of Proforma invoice for smooth clearance process from Customs.
∎ Prepare necessary documents for back-to-back LC, TT, and sales Contract, and follow up with the bank.
∎ Understanding of Documents retirement & acceptance process for Import.
∎ Ensure all logistics activities related to Import.
∎ Preparing UD for Import and follow up with BGMEA.
∎ Troubleshooting for all import-related activity with banks, insurance, C&F agents, Couriers, forwarders, shipping lines, customs etc.
∎ Follow up the LC and another payment process with the supplier through the bank to complete the process within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Maintaining all files and registers of related work.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
