Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Explore and secure new business opportunities by evaluating market trends and understanding the competitive environment.
∎ Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
∎ Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics and freight needs are identified and addressed effectively.
∎ Act as the primary liaison for current and potential clients.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals to drive growth.
∎ Prepare customized presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
∎ Perform in-depth market analysis to identify new trends, target customer segments, and areas for business expansion.
∎ Assess competitor strategies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
∎ Collect and interpret relevant data to support market analysis and strategy development.
∎ Utilize diverse lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, networking, and digital outreach, to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
∎ Follow up on leads promptly to convert them into clients.
∎ Negotiate and finalize client agreements to secure advantageous and sustainable deals.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance visibility, promote offerings, and strengthen brand recognition.
∎ Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends to inform decision-making.
∎ Regularly provide updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments to management.
∎ Prepare and submit reports and other documentation as required by leadership.
∎ Execute additional assignments as directed by management to support organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and continuously improve the client experience.
