• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

• Completion of CA-CC will be considered a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical ability and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise are required.

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in internal audit, preferably within FMCG, distribution, or other fast-moving consumer-centric industries.

• Implement and enforce cost control measures to ensure all expenditures remain within approved budget limits and recommend corrective actions where deviations are identified.

• Track, audit, and validate all business expenses, ensuring proper documentation and accurate allocation to the appropriate cost centers, department or projects, in line with budgetary provisions and deadlines.

• Maintain and monitor a centralized database of distributor claims; ensure timely validation, processing, and resolution in line with internal policies and commercial terms.

• Verify execution of trade promotions and ensure accurate adjustment of promotional spend distributor-wise and code-wise, in compliance with agreed terms.

• Conduct business performance analysis across various channels (GT, MT, E-Commerce, B2B) and brands to provide insights for commercial and strategic decision-making.

• Perform scheduled and surprise physical stock verifications across warehouses; report discrepancies and ensure timely reconciliation with relevant departments.

• Evaluate and strengthen internal control mechanisms to minimize operational and financial risks, and assist in the implementation of process improvements.

• Review and validate transactional entries in ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy, system compliance, and traceability of financial records.
