• Candidate must have experience in computer application; Specially MS Excel, MS Word, outlook, with Accounting software Tally-ERP-9/Tally Prime.

• Candidates with strong initiative and is dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner & able to work independently are encouraged to apply.

• Should have basic understanding about the Accounting and auditing activities.

• Should have good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.

• Should be proficient in the use of computer, Specially MS Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, and Data Base.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders.

• Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.

Job Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented automated spinning mills, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of “Executive/Sr. Executive (Accounts & Audit)". The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction both manual & software.
• Check and verify Purchase Quotation, Purchase order/work order.
• To maintain books and records such as Cash Book, Ledgers, Subsidiary ledgers, Bank book, Other Registers both manual & software.
• Monitoring all export Realization and keeping proper record.
• Prepare Weekly/monthly/yearly deposit analysis & bank Reconciliation against bank statements.
• Monitoring factory daily accounts for daily basis.
• To prepare the basic Costing & Budgeting issues for the factory.
• To visit the factory in time to time /projects/affiliated concerns and following up through reports on all relevant transactions.
• To work with the team leader for preparing the Finance & Accounts related documents & reports.
• Ready to undertake any other duties assigned by the management time to time.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
