Responsibilities & Context:
LAN/WAN network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Router, switch, access point and network devices Configuration & Optimization
Wi-Fi coverage improvement, signal optimization & user connectivity management
IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLAN configuration & monitoring
Firewall, network security policy & access control Implementation
Monitoring and providing necessary support for: Scanner, Printer ink and cartridges. Webcam, Online/Offline UPS, Sound system, Projector, Printer.
LAN, Wi-Fi, Router, Switch, Access Point setup & troubleshooting
VLAN / IP Management
CCTV Network Monitoring
Printer, Barcode Scanner, Biometric Attendance System Operation
Installing and configuring Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10/11) and essential software
Hardware components assembly, replacement, and upgrade (RAM, SSD, HDD, PSU, motherboard, etc.)
Installation, setup, and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop hardware.
Honest, Responsible, Hardworking & able to work under pressure.
