Skills in clinical planning and decision making.
Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion.
Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situations.
Experience in IPD, OPD or Corporate Marketing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
Determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the revenue.
Contacting potential and existing customers
Will also be responsible for developing & maintaining a professional relationship with all Doctors (Relationship Management experience would be encouraged).
Should have strong knowledge about Digital Marketing (Hospital & Diagnostic).
To carry out market research and Patient & Doctor surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
Achievement of sales target.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the reporting supervisor.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare a monthly report over existing Doctors with their feedback.
Must be analytical and able to analyze data on an Excel sheet and be proficient in Advanced Excel Data processing techniques.
Have sound knowledge about Health care, medicines, and Hospital Sectors to deal with customers.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
