Experience:

Skills

Job Location: Full-time position(on-site at the Head Office), Dhaka, Bangladesh
Responsibilities
Assistingto open and process Letters of Credit (L/C) and to follow up on their issuance and
settlement.
Managing end-to-end import and export documentation, including Proforma Invoices (PI),
Purchase Orders (PO), Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Entry (BOE), etc.
Maintaining liaison with government agencies, trade bodies, shipping lines, clearing &
forwarding (C&F) agents, transporters, insurance companies, and banks to ensure smooth
operations.
Ensuring regulatory compliance for all shipments by coordinating customs clearances and
adhering to VAT, BSTI, and other relevant regulations.
Coordinating shipments and logistics- to track incoming goods, follow up on inventory at the
warehouse, and ensure timely delivery and storage.
Preparing financial documentation for import/export transactions, such as Payment Requisition
Certificates (PRC), Foreign Documentary Debits (FDD), bank payment instruction letters, and
retirement/issuance letters for L/C payments from export proceeds.
Creating and sustaining relationships with suppliers and vendors, overseeing procurement
processes, and negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
Support overall commercial operations and perform other duties as assigned by the
management.
