Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge on visa Process and documentations required for visa.
∎ Build and maintain close relationships with clients and respond to their queries.
∎ Maintain periodic Visa status records.
∎ Resolve client queries directly and indirectly professionally.
∎ Handle visa applications and formalities promptly
∎ Awareness about international travel regulations.
∎ Provide information to guests about visa processes and documents required for the country of visit
∎ Verify the documents and advise guests about additional documents, if required
∎ Ready the files for submission and submit it at the Consulate/Embassy as per the timeline
∎ Manage the client expectations and deliverables effectively in a timely manner by setting up a seamless process which is not people dependent rather a process oriented.
∎ In depth knowledge of visa processing for mostly for Asian countries.
∎ Visa Checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy Asian regions for all the visa categories like (Business Visa, Dependent Visa, Medical Visa, Entry Visa and Tourist Visa).
∎ Guiding the employees / client SPOC on the consulate / Embassy requirements which are mandatory for visa submissions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
