∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Visa Consultancy, Visa Processing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is required.
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
∎ Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist customer with any queries they might have during phone conversations.
∎ Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
∎ Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and others from diverse social backgrounds.
∎ Ability to learn on own initiative and research best option for incoming customers.
∎ Should have the ability to understand the international business market.
∎ Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.
∎ Fast learner with and passion for sales and Target-oriented.
∎ Must be dynamic, ambitious and honest.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Must have Sound judgement.
