Job Context:

∎ JMI Cylinders Limited (JCL), a flagship strategic business unit of JMI Group engages in the manufacturing of cylinders. JCL is uniquely poised to cater to the demand to the country and has got the surplus capacity to export to the overseas markets.
∎ We are looking for self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Accounts & Finance (VAT) to expedite business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give all relevant entries in VAT books like VAT 6.1, VAT 6.2, VAT 6.3 and VAT 9.1 etc.
∎ Stock reconciliation between physical stock vs balance shown in VAT 6.1.
∎ Sound knowledge on new VAT & SD Act - 2012 & Rules - 2015.
∎ Maintain VAT books i.e. Mushak - 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 etc.
∎ Submission of VAT Return - 9.1 online/ manual to VAT circle offices.
∎ Sales record entry.
∎ Comply VAT Deducted at Source (VDS) and monitor to deposit government tresury in time and issue Mushak - 6.6.
∎ Daily receipts and payments.
∎ Cash book management and fund position.
∎ Assist in preparing cash and bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Assist in preparing stock reconciliation.
∎ Assist in preparing voucher & maintain/update/posting ledger properly in Excel & Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who are highly competent in VAT management process encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, team-building and oral and written communication skills
