∎ Age 18 to 31 years
∎ At least 1 years of work experience in UI/UX Design.
∎ Strong english communication skill is a must.
∎ Portfolio of UI/UX design projects.
∎ Experience with desktop and native UI/UX is a plus.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software: Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin. A keen eye for aesthetics and strong attention to details.
∎ Clear understanding of design fundamentals: Typography, Color, Contrast, Visual Hierarchy, Spatial Relationships.
∎ A good understanding of design systems, and components.
∎ Self-organised, good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
∎ Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, API are a plus.
∎ Must be energetic, self-organised and a team player.
∎ What we're after:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, product management teams, and developers to identify requirements and define specifications.
∎ Conduct various research and analysis to discover the underlying issue in order to provide a positive customer experience.
∎ Create high-quality and innovative solutions using wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
∎ Hold design meetings to present concepts and ideas to internal or client teams, key stakeholders, and solicit feedback.
∎ Test and validate the ultimate outcome to ensure it meets the client's objectives.
∎ Work with the product team to ensure that the design sprint serves the product backlog.
∎ Create design systems and component libraries, then continuously develop them depending on product requirements.
∎ Ensure best practices, and consistency of design across the application as well as high standards of aesthetics and visual appeal.
∎ Care about end-to-end development.
∎ The role requires following:
