∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Two to four years of minimum experience in an Operation/Supply Chain position in the e-commerce industry.
∎ Solid understanding of inventory management tools, warehouse management software, online order management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
∎ Understanding of the procedures involved in shipping and logistics, such as import/export procedures, customs clearance, and local and international shipping rules.
∎ Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are necessary to guarantee accuracy in order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
∎ A track record of successfully leading and inspiring a group, assigning assignments, and promoting output in a hectic setting.
∎ Works well with others in a team environment while also able to work independently.
∎ Proficient in Google workspace and Excel.
∎ Excellent analytical skills in analysing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skillsApproach life with the attitude that there is always a solution to the problem.
∎ Willingness to travel domestically for company events.
∎ Experience in RFID technology. [Bonus]
∎ What we're after:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships to drive sales.
∎ Source products and find new suppliers or wholesalers.
∎ Report back weekly to the management team at a high level; issuing easy-to-read reports.
∎ Develop predictable and robust forecasting systems.
∎ Bring new ideas to the team as to how we should organize our process and find new products to sell.
∎ To find and seize new customers and potential customers, create and execute efficient e-commerce growth plans.
∎ Optimise our customers' entirety e-commerce experience, from lead generation to conversion and follow-up after a purchase.
∎ Oversee and uphold e-commerce platforms, taking care of inventory management, pricing, and product listings.
∎ Collaborate closely with marketing, content, customer service teams and software engineers to improve the customer experience.
∎ Design and implement transportation plans that optimize cost, efficiency, and reliability across different modes of transportation. This includes determining the most appropriate modes of transportation for different types of vehicles, routes & Last mile delivery
∎ Oversee the transportation of goods from origin to destination, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with customer requirements. This involves coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations
∎ Lead, manage and develop the digital marketing team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ The role requires following:
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships to drive sales.
∎ Source products and find new suppliers or wholesalers.
∎ Report back weekly to the management team at a high level; issuing easy-to-read reports.
