Job function: Training
Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for the sales forces to enhance product knowledge & selling skills.
Develop and regularly enhance training modules aligned with the company objectives.
Conduct recruitment and selection process for the sales forces.
Review department reports, trainee evaluations and any other reports that trainers are required to complete and evaluate effectiveness of training program.
