RMG Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carryout issue and receipt of all raw materials & spare parts, general, garments, waste and chemical to upkeep the stock of Factory as per the production plan.
∎ Supervise all raw materials & spare parts received, issue and delivery for Shipments.
∎ Provide daily stock report, monthly stock report, delay report, aging report, delivery report, stock lot, log report, without log report, daily waste received the report, monthly waste received the report to the concerned authority.
∎ Ensure proper storage of all raw materials & spare parts, general, garments, waste and chemical kept under custody and undertake regular stock auditing activities as per the laid down audit procedure.
∎ Maintain all relevant documents/register for all stock positions and get those quarterly audited by the Group audit team.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing the time of delivery after production.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy store site.
∎ Coordination with concern department to receive and delivery schedule
∎ Coordination with transport authority for the required number of transport.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
