Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Finance.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: VAT Management,
∎ Skills Required: highly proactive, Marvelous analytical skills, Outstanding Communication Skills.
∎ CA (Cc) will get Preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok - 9.1) and other related documents as such Mushok - 4.3, Mushok - 6.1, Mushok - 6.2, Mushok - 6.3, Mushok - 6.6 , Mushok - 6.10 as per the new VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep these record in NBR approved VAT software and own MS Excel.
∎ Preparing all kinds of periodic account VAT-related reports/statements.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS and VDS deductions from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit them to the Govt. treasury.
∎ Prepare TDS & VDS certificates (Mushok - 6.6) and provide them to vendors.
∎ Maintain statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external) NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT online and VAT rebate/refund and exemption process.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Capable to deal all VAT affairs like (Cost analysis, Periodical Submission, Book Maintaining etc)
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age (24 - 35) years. (Age bar will be relaxed for exceptional candidates).
∎ At least 03 - 05 years Practical Work experience must need.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Working In LPG sector (Factory office) will get Preference.
