Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise sales team and achieve the sales target.
∎ Planning, Analysis & Decision making for Sales & Marketing Team.
∎ Monitor activities of the team and take necessary actions to ensure the performance act an optimum level.
∎ Implement innovation sales programs to expand the corporate market share and image. Ensure product availability in the market and gain market share.
∎ Work with team members to understand the market better and to develop effective marketing.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencer's and key strategic partners.
∎ Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment.
∎ Visit/Spend in Field to Understand Market Insight
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years at LPG Sector (Given Preference for Experience Candidate)
∎ Good Communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Problem solving & analytical ability.
∎ Should have leadership ability and able to work under pressure.
