∎ CA Part / CMA Part / ACCA ( Affiliate) /M.Com (Accounting/Finance)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, Mutual Funds, etc.
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits, and timely follow-up for necessary sanctions, documentation, and disbursements.
∎ Preparation and appraisal of the working capital proposal
∎ Fixing up arrangements of working capital
∎ Controlling group loan portfolio, daily fund management, and banks dealings.
∎ Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure financial and investment planning to support business goals;
∎ Prepare investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investment.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Sound knowledge of ERP software systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-4 years in Financial Field.(Given Preference Candidate who have Proficiency in English)
∎ Good Communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Problem solving & analytical ability.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Should have leadership ability and able to work under pressure.
