Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage purchase orders, ensure on-time billing, and maintain seamless procurement operations.
∎ Evaluate supplier efficiency, material quality, and compliance with contract terms.
∎ Prepare and review comparative statements to procure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and long-term partnerships.
∎ Obtain necessary management approvals promptly to avoid procurement delays.
∎ Update daily procurement performance, cost savings, and material movement reports.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
∎ Reducing material procurement and service lead time through process enhancements.
∎ Ensure on-time processing of annual service contracts to minimize machinery downtime.
∎ Facilitate timely repair and maintenance arrangements for uninterrupted operations.
∎ Conduct regular visits to assess supplier capacity, machine conditions, and production quality.
∎ Address market concerns and implement corrective actions for supply chain improvements.
∎ Ensure procurement and service activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
∎ Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery.
∎ Work with QA teams to ensure materials meet quality standards before approval.
∎ Maintain procurement and maintenance trackers with updated specifications and status reports.
∎ Ensure accuracy in purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
∎ Verify invoices for purchase orders and contracts for seamless financial transactions.
