∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally Software

Job Context:
∎ System Engineering Limited is one of the most reputed organization in Bangladesh for different kind of Industrial Automation works, Electro-Mechanical Engineering works, Plant Election & Maintenance, Lighting Automation, Energy Management, Power Distribution, Transmission & Man-Machine Customization etc.
∎ SEL is seeking for a smart, enthusiastic professional with self motivated & pro active people for Finance & Accounts Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly preserve and manage the accounts of the organization
∎ Properly manage funds, complete banking activities like cash transaction and properly entry in software.
∎ Maintain vendor and clients account and make their individual file.
∎ Regularly check all accounts.
∎ Collaboration with VAT & TAX Department to submit Accounts Return.
∎ Control of the financial transactions and prepare Financial Statement monthly reports, quarterly reports and annually reports.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement on regular basis.
∎ Advance paid to staff as per program need and make sure adjustment within the stipulated time.
∎ Ensure Fixed Assets and physical verification of fixed assets and inventory item in every month.
∎ Having up to date knowledge on VAT, Tax and Revenue Stamp matter dealing.
∎ Deduct VAT and Tax where applicable and deposit in to the government treasury within the stipulated time.
∎ Ensure proper documentation with safe and standard system like Bill Vouchers, Bank Statement, Personnel File, Agreement, Letter, Notice, corresponding documents etc. Prepare Project Budget, Budget Revision, and Budget Variance Report and ensure budgetary control.
∎ Willingly visit branch offices whenever need.
∎ Find out and implement financial capabilities of the organization.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Have to all Accounting knowledge of IAS & IFRS.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
