Job Responsibilities:
∎ Phoning and texting clients to request payment;
∎ Requesting installment;
∎ Sending a letter of reminders to clients for payments who do not have an email address;
∎ Sending a note of delay in payment to a client whose overdue installment lacks an email address;
∎ Drafting a letter and cancellation notice with the manager's signature;
∎ Providing clients with account-related information by phone, email, and SMS;
∎ Handling and keeping track of important clients/clients who have defaulted;
∎ Mailing letters telling final dues and clarifying final dues over the phone, via email, and in person;
∎ Negotiation of late fees and other fees due to the delay;
∎ Monitoring and collecting outstanding debts;
∎ Execute any additional tasks given by superiors.
