Responsibilities & Context:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and approach potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) in line with company objectives.
Prepare and deliver effective corporate sales presentations and proposals.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers of corporate clients.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as the key contact for handling inquiries, complaints, and negotiations.
Market Research & Strategy
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offerings to identify new market opportunities.
Collect customer insights and feedback to contribute to sales strategy and product positioning.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client updates for management review.
Coordinate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
