Responsibilities & Context:

1. Business Development & Sales

   • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.

   • Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) in line with company objectives.

   • Prepare and deliver effective corporate sales presentations and proposals.

2. Client Relationship Management

   • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers of corporate clients.

   • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

   • Act as the key contact for handling inquiries, complaints, and negotiations.

3. Market Research & Strategy

   • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offerings to identify new market opportunities.

   • Collect customer insights and feedback to contribute to sales strategy and product positioning.

4. Reporting & Coordination

   • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client updates for management review.

   • Coordinate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
