Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from a reputed university. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will get preference.

Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Director
∎ A reputed Group of Company is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard-working professionals having experience in Skin Care, Hair Care, Food supplement products, Personal Hygiene, Household Product`s brand & marketing sector. The position of Executive/ Sr. Executive, Brand & Marketing is responsible for preparing effective logistics budget, marketing plan and implement monthly/annual promotional sales strategy. S/he should possess sound knowledge on sales & marketing activities and online marketing activities to achieve sales target.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the brand strategy, including defining style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition.
∎ Ensure organization's brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing channels (ATL, BTL & Digital).
∎ Plan and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products of the organization.
∎ Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to ensure the branding remains consistent
∎ Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
∎ Manage the financial budget for advertising and promotional items & managing budgets to support marketing & branding efforts time to time.
∎ Monitor competitors and challengers' pricing changes, new products, and features.
∎ Work with cross-functional departments to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
∎ Build relationships with the cross-functional departments specially sales teams to ensure monthly sales target and business goals are achieved at the store's level.
∎ Work closely with marketing procurement for ensuring timely delivery of all promotional materials.
∎ Develop packaging designs and sourcing packaging materials as well maintaining a good relationship with the vendors and partners.
∎ Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers and to increase sales in Ecommerce.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing & business development.
∎ Optimize content according to SEO, use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users' engagement metrics.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the agency, vendor and company stakeholders.
∎ Create necessary database for marketing, e-mail and conduct various method of advertising campaigns using the database.
∎ Create a holistic communication and brand strategy across all digital and physical marketing materials
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Director time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years' proven experience in Brand and Marketing in Cosmetics / FMCG Sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Brand & Marketing & Business Development.
∎ Digital Marketing, Social Media marketing, Corporate Marketing experience
∎ Good knowledge of creative design and contents..
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario.
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs.
