Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
Candidates from BBA/MBA/CSE/IT background from any reputed public or private universities given priority.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of channel sales and partner management
Ability to analyze sales data, stock data, market trends and competitor movements
Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for zonal dealer visits, market development and partner activities
Visit market and partners point to understand business trends, pricing, product positioning, competitors activities and identify new business opportunities for VIGI and TAPO.
Plan and execute channel sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify, onboard, and develop new partners (Dealers, System Integrators) to strengthen market penetration and coverage.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with existing Dealers and System Integrators to ensure sustainable business growth.
Set sales targets and KPIs for Dealers/ System Integrators and monitor performance regularly to take corrective actions as and when required.
Follow-up partner reviews regularly and arrange business planning meetings (such as Quarterly Business Reviews) to track progress and align future goals.
Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare accurate revenue forecast.
Monitor channel inventory health to ensure proper stock availability, healthy rotation and minimal risk of overstock or aging inventory.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute channel marketing activities such as roadshows, seminars, and training programs.
Provide product and solution training to partners to improve their sales effectiveness and technical understanding.
Ensure clear understanding of channel partners on VIGI and TAPO solutions, use cases, and unique value propositions.
Prepare regular sales and market reports, including product performance, market share insights, competitive activities, and dealer stock analysis, and share actionable recommendations with team-leader.
After completing probation period successfully, salary will be revised based on performance.
