Credit Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on risk management to identify current and potential credit risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies.
∎ Work with the Sales team to analyze the competitive environment at the dealer level and recommend alternative competitive strategies.
∎ Ensure monthly credit recovery work plan has been firmly implemented by assigned personnel.
∎ Conduct regularly scheduled field visits as well as surprise visits to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by the staff.
∎ Ensure sales personnel understand the contingency credit recovery plan and know how & when to put it in place.
∎ Weekly & monthly reporting for overdue, Area/Region-wise collection and recovery performance.
∎ Initiate legal procedures and coordinate with the legal department where necessary.
∎ Door-to-door knock to default/stuck dealer.
∎ Create Pressure on the stuck dealer to recovery.
∎ Engage with customers & reach a realistic & affordable payment plan.
∎ Regularly maintain contact with the customer for target fulfillment.
∎ Individual and region-wise overdue outstanding & collection report.
∎ Any other duties that may be assigned by the seniors/managements from time to time.
