Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Group of Companies
Job Context:
∎ Those who are experienced working in Construction Project Sites in Accounts Payable dept. will get the preference.
∎ a) Accounts payable creation.
∎ b) Finalizing TDS & VDS deduction from suppliers` bill.
∎ c) Maintaining relationships with other department`s colleagues, clients, and vendors.
∎ d) Bill filling and other documentations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts Payable Creation- (Civil dpt. & EMD) After receiving ensure checking and creation of billing ERP.
∎ Creation of all kinds of general material bills, fuel, all service bills & equipment's Servicing bill - (for all lots).
∎ Deduction of TDS/VDS - Deduction of TDS/VDS from suppliers' bill as per Rules or as per SCM.
∎ Supervise properly recording invoice register, maintained by site SCM and other depts.
∎ Bill filling and other documentation.
∎ Any other Job assign by superiors.

∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
