Manned Guarding Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise security personnel to ensure punctuality, discipline, grooming, and alertness.

• Conduct site visits, handle client feedback, and maintain service standards as per SOPs.

• Maintain strong client relations through regular communication and performance review.

• Manage recruitment, training, disciplinary issues, and staff records.

• Control operational costs, uniforms, and logistics for efficiency.

• Submit attendance, feedback, and performance reports on time.

• Coordinate emergency responses and maintain liaison with local law enforcement.

CRS Operations

a. CIT (Cash-in-Transit):

• Oversee CRS operations, vehicle maintenance, trip documentation, and payroll.

• Please make sure that timely client service , and contributes to business growth.

• Maintain client coordination and ensure timely reporting.

b. ATM Operations (If Applicable):

• Inspect CPC rooms, CCTV, and vehicles for safety and compliance.

• Ensure uninterrupted power and logistics support for ATM operations.

• Support recruitment and maintain liaison with law enforcement for secure operations.
