Responsibilities & Context: Job Context
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Sales Executive to join our team at our Corporate Office in New Eskaton, Dhaka.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational business environment.
- The candidate must demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidates from reputed private universities will be given more priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in the market to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and sustain strong business relationships with a diverse range of multinational clients.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct field studies and market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and gather consumer insights.
- Formulate strategic business plans to achieve annual sales goals for assigned products.
- Develop counter strategies to address competitive activities effectively.
- Prepare sales aids and marketing materials aligned with product strategies.
- Draft IWO (Internal Work Order) and coordinate with the factory after obtaining approval from the concerned sectional head.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility, identify opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a diversified portfolio.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales performance and productivity in the assigned territory.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
