∎ • Public relation developments , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ • Tourism, Air Ticketing, Visa Processing.
∎ • Virtual and physical meetings.
∎ • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about travel packages, deals, and services.
∎ • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the agency.
∎ • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
∎ • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns
∎ • Other task assigned by management
