Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform marketing & selling services through telephone, email, physical visit or any other mode of communications to create new clients
∎ Responsible to provide welcoming atmosphere to valued customers with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionalism
∎ Work as an integrated member of the sales team, making client calls, providing details information and package proposals to agents and clients, providing sales leads and liaising with other members of the team where appropriate.
∎ Co-ordinate indoor and outdoor duties with customers, corporate and other related commercial houses.
∎ Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on Air Ticket, Visa Processing & Hotel Booking,
∎ Constantly develop on client review and Report on all queries for better Customer Service and experience.
∎ Fare Calculations & Quotations.
∎ Tickets: Understand fare rules, Re-validations, Re-issue and/or Refunds etc.
