∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airlines, Galileo, Hajj and Umrah Package, hotel booking, online travel agency, Ticket Reservation, Tour Packages, Travel Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage the full operations of the company (Visa, Air Ticketing, Hotel Booking, Tour Packages, Umrah & Hajj packages)
∎ Look after all the Marketing activities for business development
∎ Formulate strategy and implement for increasing business and profitability
∎ Maintain high level of relationship with the Airlines for special pricing
∎ Generate periodic reports of various business activities and report to the top management
∎ Co-ordinate indoor and outdoor duties with customers, corporate and other related commercial houses.
∎ Constantly develop on client review and Report on all queries for better Customer Service and experience.
∎ Air Tickets: Understand fare rules, Re-validations, Re-issue and/or Refunds etc to guide others accordingly

∎ Strong communication skill both in English and Bengali.
