Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ BBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish sales goal by selling Company products (Flat).
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent have to visit corporate client.
∎ Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a complex and competitive situation.
∎ Having superior reference to trade the Company products in his circle.
∎ Visit different organizations/places for developing/creating new clients.
∎ Prepare & maintain client's database (existing & upcoming).
∎ Must be target oriented, able to take responsibilities with the expected result.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Sales ( Developer & Real Estate).
∎ Person with the proven track record in Flat sales.
∎ Excellent communication skill as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ The candidate must be very polished, smart and presentable in his attire and conduct.
∎ Strong Leadership skill.
∎ Ability to work in under pressure.
