Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc Engineer (Architecture) (BUET, RUET, CUET & KUET)
∎ Candidate must be a member of IAB.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, Architecture, Auto Cad, Auto CAD Designing, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Architectural conceptual design drawing, detail design and working drawing.
∎ Knowledge of Architectural Code of Practices, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RAJUK building standards, and USGBC LEED Standards.
∎ Preparing approval drawing for Powrashova / Union Porishad / Rajuk as per Bangladesh Gadget and FAR Calculation.
∎ Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
∎ Advise on the interpretation of plans, recommends changes when necessary.
∎ Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
∎ Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.
∎ Researches literature and maintain knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system codes and methods of application.
∎ Extensive knowledge in using of Auto-CAD ,sketch up and 3D Max software
∎ Experience in designing of commercial and factory buildings
∎ Experience in interior design of commercial / industrial buildings.
∎ Deep knowledge about set back and compliance rule for RMG Factory.
∎ Positive attitude towards solving problem and working in a group is a must for candidate.
∎ Coordinate with other departments like structural engineer, Project Operation as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule
∎ Drafting the drawings as required
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Project, Architectural Firm, Real Estate, Home Decoration.
∎ Candidate should have Sound Knowledge in Google sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Modern Interior Design & Drawing
∎ Excellent Command in English both of verbal and written.
∎ Should be hard working and Self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
