∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform procurement activities such as requisitions, quotations, price negotiation, purchase order processing, ordering, tracking delivery and reporting.
∎ To carry out market survey at least once in a month & analyze price & quality of items required or purchased for the company and report to Superior.
∎ To collect quotations/ offers, verify & negotiate price and payment term, warranty / guarantee, after sales service etc. and prepare comparative statement and get approval.
∎ To prepare purchase order after price approval based on approved purchase requisition / PR.
∎ To follow up with supplier to ensure timely delivery of the ordered goods.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality of products and related services.
∎ Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor and offer information.
∎ Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, reporting and data entry
∎ Prepare monthly procurement plan.
∎ Maintaining and updating the overall inventory system of the company.
∎ Perform any other task is assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in procurement and inventory management, especially in Developer Company.
∎ Must have positive attitude towards to Management Strategy.
