∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Good knowledge of Hotel Land share Selling.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the hotel, resort and real estate industry.
∎ Proven track record in Hotel Land share Sales and achieving high-value sales targets.
∎ Good knowledge about registration, deed, CS/SA/ RS/ BS porcha & khatian, map, mouja and other related documents.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and MS Office applications.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
∎ High level of integrity, self-motivation and customer focus.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Strong network in the real estate market is a plus.
∎ Provide all sales related information to the clients through an effective presentation.
∎ Maintain liaison with the clients & follow up regular basis.
∎ Arrange project visit along with clients as per requirement.
∎ Take initiative to achieve the set sales target.
∎ Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote land projects, targeting potential buyers and investors.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital and traditional marketing materials.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitors and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Will have to work with target oriented marketing To understand all land-related documents, (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.)
∎ To be able to Maintain and develop strong relationship with client
∎ Regular update of existing land documents such as mutation and taxation.
∎ Support the company on various kinds of documents & activities for land purchase.
∎ Dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/deed/agreement/bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive- Sales and Marketing (Hotel Land share Sales). The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Hotel Land share Sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving sales targets while building and maintaining client relationships.

our products. Manufacturers do not sell product directly to consumers. Sales are
done through one or two layers of distributors. There is also third-party purchasing
organizations involved in negotiating the price of the product. 90% percent of the
products are sold in a negotiated and discounted price.
For financial and legal reasons manufacturers need to track the sales all the way to
the final user (Enduser) of the product and need to have correct and timely process
of this data for accurate calculation, matching master data, so that different parties
get paid on time, company plan and strategize etc. MDG also need to identify
correctly which negotiating contract was used by the enduser to acquire the
product or what percentage of their need of product is being fulfilled by this
manufacturer’s products.
