Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive high-value corporate sales and upselling of premium plans or value-added for both retail and corporate services.
∎ Visit potential corporate customers to generate leads for selling Internet & Data Connectivity.
∎ Convince the corporate customers and close the deal professionally maintaining relationships with new & existing customers through Telephone, email, and regular review visits.
∎ Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
∎ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical, billing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Possess the skill to work within team and perform independently
∎ Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Email writing
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, and ambitious in achieving goals.
