Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup.
∎ Proactive approach in identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact users.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
∎ Willingness to work during off-hours or weekends for urgent network issues or maintenance.
∎ Sound knowledge of Routing, Switching, BGP, VPN, Tunneling, NAT, IP-Firewall, and related technologies.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with network devices (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or similar) is a plus.
∎ Basic understanding of cybersecurity and network safety best practices is an advantage.
∎ Experience in corporate customer support (System & Networking) is preferred.
