Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about travel options, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
∎ Assist customers in making reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring their preferences and requirements are met.
∎ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
∎ Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings and negotiate the best rates for customers.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and travel regulations to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
∎ Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, payments, and other relevant information.
∎ Handle payment processing, including verifying payment details and providing receipts to customers.
∎ Generate reports on reservation activity, sales, and customer feedback for management review.
∎ Contribute to team efforts by actively participating in meetings, sharing insights, and suggesting process improvements.
